What do users think of the Compex Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) devices?

Our aim was to find out their opinions about about the real‑world safety, performance, and user experience of the all Compex devices, collected through a large observational survey.

We were delighted to have 1,760 respondents.

We asked them about:

• How often they usage their device
• Product satisfaction
• What they use the product for
• Whether they reached their goal
• Whether they would recommend to a friend

In conclusion, the PMCF results confirm that Compex devices:

• Provide high real-world effectiveness, especially for pain relief, muscle recovery and relaxation.
• Demonstrate a strong safety profile with very low rates of minor adverse events.
• Achieve excellent user satisfaction and high recommendation rates.

Overall, the data supports a positive benefit-risk profile and validates the devices' performance under real-world conditions.
